Our 7-day Ketogenic Diet is a healthy twist on a 'typical' keto diet which is usually packed with dairy products and lacking in vegetables. This meal plan is completely dairy-free. Instead of relying on cheese as a staple ingredient for low-carb recipes, the meal plan includes a wide range of more nutrient-dense, high-fibre ingredients. Total carbs are approximately 65g or less.

 

This Ketogenic meal plan is designed for the purpose of promoting general health and wellness through mild ketosis. It is not intended to treat epilepsy or any other type of seizure disorder.

 

  • The meal plan serves 1 (for an individual) and recipes can be doubled to serve an extra person
  • Batch cooking and leftovers are also utilised inside the meal plan to save you valuable time and effort
  • Repeat the meal plan for another week or two, or swap out recipes from the recipe collection (below) to adjust and create your own meal plan.
